In April 2010, in response to the call of the Juro City Party Committee and City Government to develop and strengthen the development zone, Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 50 million yuan (later increased by 148 million yuan). Land acquisition and expansion were carried out, and technological transformation and upgrading were implemented. The first-phase project (150 mu) started at the end of 2010, with an investment of 150 million yuan. It went into production in March 2012. The project introduced more than 40 sets of advanced production equipment, including a 2.8-meter production line from Italy's Fosber Company, a fully automatic glue system, a fully automatic logistics system, a fully automatic binding machine, and a fully automatic printing, slotting, and die-cutting integrated machine.

In April 2017, the Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Company's phase two project (130 mu) commenced construction, with a total investment of approximately 200 million yuan. New buildings included the No. 1-4 Technology Incubator Buildings and No. 1-4 Standard Factory Buildings. The main project is now complete, with a total construction area of approximately 57,000 square meters. In October 2018, the 1.6-meter honeycomb production line was put into operation, and new production equipment was added, including a fully automatic printing integrated machine and a fully automatic gluing machine.

On June 6, 2020, in order to implement the spirit of the "New Era Entrepreneur Spirit Inheritance Plan" put forward by Secretary Ma Minglong of Zhenjiang Municipal Committee at the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce meeting, following Chairman Li Haixing's decision at the first master-apprentice symposium held at Kendyia Group on May 16: masters and apprentices jointly visited the senior brother company - Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Co., Ltd. for visits and exchanges, and learning guidance.
