Social responsibility

　　Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to the philosophy of "achieving success through virtue and operating with integrity." It actively undertakes social responsibilities, cares for people's livelihood, gives back to society, assists the disabled and vulnerable groups, and actively participates in various social charity and public welfare activities. By the end of 2024, Chairman Ma Ningyi and the company had cumulatively donated more than 25 million yuan to various public welfare and charitable causes and assistance programs for the disabled in the city.

 

　　The main aspects include:

　　1. During festivals, showing care and support for the disabled and vulnerable groups in the local area and hometown, sponsoring the construction of bridges and roads in villages, and building new rural areas;

　　2. Participating in various levels of charitable public welfare activities and assisting the disabled, donating to the city's Charity Federation, Red Cross, Disabled Persons' Federation, and Civil Affairs departments every year. It is a vice-president unit of the Juroong City Charity Federation;

　　3. Long-term commitment to donating to local primary and secondary schools, stationed military and police, fire emergency services, village committees, and communities, providing comfort and support.

　　4. Long-term focus on employment for the disabled. The group's subsidiaries Xingkai and Xingwu were once social welfare enterprises. Currently, the group's various companies have employed more than 100 disabled employees.

 

　　Chairman Ma Ningyi and the various companies have received numerous awards and honorary titles: Juroong City's first "Charitable Enterprise," Juroong City's first batch of "Charitable Benevolent Ambassadors," the fourth batch of provincial "Assisting the Disabled" advanced individuals, Juroong City "Juroong Charity Award," Juroong City "Excellent Charitable Donation Enterprise," Zhenjiang City's advanced charitable unit, Zhenjiang City's "Second and Third Charity Awards," Juroong Economic Development Zone's "Most Socially Responsible" Enterprise, Juroong City's "Epidemic Prevention and Control" advanced enterprise, etc. In May 2014, Chairman Ma Ningyi was awarded the honorary title of "National Advanced Individual in Assisting the Disabled" and received a cordial meeting with General Secretary Xi Jinping and other party and state leaders at the Great Hall of the People.

 

　　The company established its party branch in 1995, its trade union in 2003, and its Committee for Caring for the Next Generation in 2005. It was one of the first batch of private enterprises in Juroong City to establish a party branch, a trade union, and a Committee for Caring for the Next Generation. Over the years, under the leadership of relevant superior departments, it has carried out various works in line with the actual development of private enterprises and achieved certain achievements. It has successively received many awards and honorary titles from various levels of provincial and municipal governments.
