On June 6, 2020, in order to implement the spirit of the "New Era Entrepreneur Spirit Inheritance Plan" put forward by Secretary Ma Minglong of Zhenjiang Municipal Committee at the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce meeting, following Chairman Li Haixing's decision at the first master-apprentice seminar at Kentian Group on May 16: masters and apprentices jointly visited the senior brother's company - Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Co., Ltd. for visits, exchanges, and guidance. Senior Brother Ma Yu, executive committee member of Jurong Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, vice president of Jurong Youth Entrepreneurs Association, and general manager of Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Co., Ltd., along with five other apprentices, held a unique "New Era Entrepreneur Spirit Inheritance Master-Apprentice Seminar" with Master Li Haixing on the path of enterprise development and innovation. Wang Daoyin, vice chairman of Jurong Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Shao Chunxiang of Jiangsu Kentian Group attended the seminar.

　　In the clean and orderly production workshop, General Manager Ma Yu led the Li Haixing master-apprentice team, introducing the main production processes, the company's advanced equipment, and various high-quality products. Private enterprises must innovate to develop, and innovation requires sharing wisdom, exchanging experiences, and mutual learning. The master-apprentice program is about sharing the economy and wisdom, uniting young entrepreneurs, promoting innovation in Zhenjiang's private enterprises, and promoting the innovative development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Master Li Haixing believes that in times of change, enterprises must innovate in technology and upgrade to survive and develop.
