About Xingwen

1979

In October 1979, the company founder established the Dawaimuqi Factory in Dawa Brigade, Ershenghong Commune, Jurong County. In 1980, the Dawaizhixiang Factory was newly established.

1984

On November 8, 1984, Daxiu Box Factory and Jurong No. 2 Middle School jointly established Jurong County No. 2 Carton Factory (later renamed Jurong County Packaging Factory), which was built on the campus of No. 2 Middle School.

1986

In March 1986, the company acquired land to build a new factory area, which remained the Jurong County Packaging Factory, subordinate to the county's second middle school-run enterprise.

1993

In February 1993, the company was renamed Jurong County Packaging Industry General Corporation. In 1995, Jurong County was abolished and Jurong City was established, and the company was renamed Jurong City Packaging Industry General Corporation, a subsidiary enterprise of the No. 2 Middle School of Jurong City, under the jurisdiction of the Jurong City Education Bureau.

1998

In June 1998, the company was restructured into Jurong Xingwen Packaging Co., Ltd.

1998

In December 1998, the company acquired land in Sanli Well Village, Jurong Economic Development Zone at the provincial level, to construct a new factory area. A new factory building of 12,000 square meters was built, along with a 2.0-meter production line. Production was successfully achieved by the end of 1999.

2003

In March 2003, the company reached an agreement with the Chenwu Town Government of Jurong City to acquire the former Chenwu Welfare Factory, expanding its land area through requisition and establishing a new Chenwu Welfare Packaging Factory. The factory occupies more than 45 mu (approximately 3 hectares) of land and possesses one 1.4-meter production line, one honeycomb cardboard production line, and one paper corner production line. It was later reorganized into Jurong Xingwu Packaging Co., Ltd.

2003

In October 2003, the company acquired more than 21 mu of land in the development zone industrial park and built Jurong Xingkai Paper Products Co., Ltd., with one 1.8-meter production line.

2006

In October 2006, the company acquired 73 mu of factory buildings and land from a foreign enterprise in the Jurong Economic Development Zone Industrial Park, carrying out technological transformation and expansion to build a new Xingkai factory area. The total investment in the project exceeded 50 million yuan. A 2.5-meter-wide production line, as well as four-color and three-color fully automatic printing machines, fully automatic binding machines and other advanced auxiliary equipment were added. Production was successfully achieved in October 2007.

2010

In April 2010, in response to the call of the Juro City Party Committee and City Government to develop and strengthen the development zone, Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 50 million yuan (later increased by 148 million yuan). Land acquisition and expansion were carried out, and technological transformation and upgrading were implemented. The first-phase project (150 mu) started at the end of 2010, with an investment of 150 million yuan. It went into production in March 2012. The project introduced more than 40 sets of advanced production equipment, including a 2.8-meter production line from Italy's Fosber Company, a fully automatic glue system, a fully automatic logistics system, a fully automatic binding machine, and a fully automatic printing, slotting, and die-cutting integrated machine.

2012

In October 2012, Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Group was established, with Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Co., Ltd. as its holding parent company.

2017

In April 2017, the Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Company's phase two project (130 mu) commenced construction, with a total investment of approximately 200 million yuan. New buildings included the No. 1-4 Technology Incubator Buildings and No. 1-4 Standard Factory Buildings. The main project is now complete, with a total construction area of approximately 57,000 square meters. In October 2018, the 1.6-meter honeycomb production line was put into operation, and new production equipment was added, including a fully automatic printing integrated machine and a fully automatic gluing machine.
