The company was established after Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Group acquired and reorganized Nanjing Ya Zheng Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. to build a first-class science popularization product production base in the province and provide modernized science popularization products to young students across the province and beyond.

　　The former Nanjing Ya Zheng Electronic Equipment Company is a professional company with many years of experience in the research and development and production of science popularization products. It is a science popularization product production enterprise recognized and designated by the Jiangsu Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and has been awarded the "Jiangsu Provincial Science Popularization Product R&D Base".

　　Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Group is a private enterprise group in Jurong City with strong financial strength and abundant technological research and development and management personnel.
