In October 2006, the company acquired 73 mu of factory buildings and land in the Jurong City Economic Development Zone Industrial Park from a foreign enterprise, carrying out technological transformation and expansion to build a new Xingkai factory area. The project had a total investment of over 50 million yuan, adding a 2.5-meter-wide production line, as well as advanced auxiliary equipment such as four-color and three-color computer automatic printing machines and automatic binding machines. In October 2007, it successfully reached production capacity.
