Public Notice of Completion and Environmental Acceptance of Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Co., Ltd.'s Project for the Production of 85 Million Square Meters of Brand-Name Product Packaging Materials

　　Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Co., Ltd. is located at No. 88, Fudi West Road, Jurong Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. The project has an annual production capacity of approximately 85 million square meters of supporting packaging materials.

　　This project is located at No. 88, Fudi West Road, Jurong Economic Development Zone. Specific location: Zhiyuan Road to the east, Fudi West Road to the south, the company's phase two project to the west, and Wilder Valve Co., Ltd. to the north.

　　In November 2011, the company commissioned Nanjing Zhifang Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. (Guohuanping E No. 1967) to prepare the "Environmental Impact Report for the Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Co., Ltd.'s 85 million square meter annual production project." On February 9, 2012, the company obtained approval from the Jurong Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau (Jurong Huan Shen [2012] No. 007). Later, the company commissioned Anhui Xianrun Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. (Guohuanping E No. 2132) to prepare the "Revised Environmental Impact Report for the Jiangsu Xingwen Packaging Co., Ltd.'s 85 million square meter annual production project of supporting packaging materials for famous brand products." Approval was obtained from the Jurong Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau on June 4, 2015.

　　The project's "Sewage Discharge Permit" is currently being applied for. The project has no record of environmental violations or complaints.

　　The project commissioned Nanjing Boen Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. to organize an expert group to conduct environmental acceptance inspection of the project. Based on the on-site inspection, acceptance monitoring, and analysis of the project's completion environmental protection acceptance report, the project meets the requirements of the environmental impact assessment report and approval. The acceptance group believes that the project has passed the completion environmental protection acceptance inspection and will be publicized as required.
