Our company conducted an annual review of pulp suppliers in 2015.

From November 12th to 14th, 2015, Mr. Chen, Director of the Technology and Quality Department, and Mr. Dai, Purchasing Manager, led by Vice President Ma, visited Yangzhou and Yancheng to conduct a three-day annual factory audit of our corrugated paper and paperboard suppliers, Yongfengyu Paper (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Shuangsheng Paper Industry Technology Development Co., Ltd., to evaluate their continued eligibility as qualified suppliers.
Our leaders, including Director Chen, conducted on-site inspections of the paper production lines at both suppliers, engaging in communication through various methods such as questioning, to fully understand the suppliers' internal operating mechanisms and ensure their supply and quality control capabilities meet our company's needs. A comprehensive audit of the quality management systems of both companies was conducted, with reasonable suggestions and recommendations offered to facilitate the continued supply of raw paper that meets our quality requirements. The examination of the suppliers' production environments and their advanced wastewater treatment capabilities demonstrated a strong sense of social responsibility.
The audit confirmed that both suppliers' production and quality assurance capabilities meet our company's requirements, laying a solid foundation for providing products that meet customer needs.
