On the morning of December 5, 2015, the Group held a training session in the employee classroom on the second floor of its headquarters. More than 80 people attended, including middle and upper-level executives, managers from various departments, branch managers, production department supervisors and above, and all Party members. The training was led by Mr. Ma Ningyi, Chairman of the Board, and covered the following topics:

1. A concise explanation of the purpose, significance, role, and methods of the training;

2. Enterprise management in the age of big data;

3. Innovative thinking and leadership decision-making.
The training utilized PowerPoint presentations. Participants actively learned, took notes, and engaged in discussions, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere. The training was considered highly effective. After the session, many employees reported significant benefits from the training, stating that it positively impacted their work and studies.
