In March 2003, the company reached an agreement with the Chenwu Town Government of Jurong City to acquire the former Chenwu Welfare Factory, expand through land acquisition, and establish a new Chenwu Welfare Packaging Factory. The factory occupied over 45 mu of land and possessed one 1.4-meter production line, as well as one honeycomb cardboard production line and one paper corner production line. It was later reorganized into Jurong Xingwu Packaging Co., Ltd.
