　　On the morning of December 5, 2015, the group held a training session in the employee classroom on the second floor of the headquarters. Attendees included middle and upper-level cadres, managers from various departments, heads of various branches, production department team leaders and above, and all party members, totaling more than 80 people. The training was led by Mr. Ma Ningyi, Chairman of the Board, and covered the following: 1. A concise explanation of the purpose, significance, role, and methods of training; 2. Enterprise management in the age of big data; 3. Innovative thinking and leadership decision-making.

　　The training utilized PPT presentations. Participants actively studied, took notes, and frequently asked questions, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere. The training was deemed highly effective. After the session, many employees reported significant benefits from the training, stating it positively impacted their work and studies.
